Chapel

 

At Concordia we value worship.  We begin and end the year with Chapel, and during the year we have Chapel once a week.  Our services include singing both traditional and contemporary songs, listening to a message by a guest speaker or a class presentation, and praying together.  Older students are paired with younger students as “Chapel buddies,” and they walk together and sit together during worship.  Chapel is a very special part of the Concordia experience; students who’ve graduated often comment on how much they miss it.  Parents and other visitors are always welcome – you’ll find us at Good Shepherd (across B Street from campus) at 8:30 on Wednesdays (except for our Christmas, Good Friday, and Grandparents’ Day chapels, which are on Friday)!
