Dear 5th Grade Parents,

I want to thank you for the opportunity to teach your child this year. I have seen so much growth in all the students in the class. We have had some tears but mostly laughter as we all grew together as a class. I will still be with the sixth graders at Outdoor Education next year so I won't say a complete good bye yet.

No memory work for our last week of school.

Our last field trip is tomorrow as we travel to Alder Dam. Please send a disposable lunch. Students should have good walking shoes. Parents are free if you have the time to go with us.

Our class raised just over $1000 for the fun-a-thon. Way to go. Your support for the fine arts at our school is awesome. We will be having a movie and pop corn since we passed our goal.

Achievement Test results are back. The interpretation is a bit different this year. Please stop by before or after school to get a copy.

Summer basketball camps go from June 21-25. You still can sign up but please do it quickly because the order for shirts and basketballs goes out soon.

Field Day is June 16th. We start eating at 11:00 with the seventh graders. If you would like to eat the cost is $3.50. Students at Concordia eat free.
